Meet your 2019-2020 SBDM Parent Candidates - Please make sure to come out tomorrow, July 25th from 4-6pm to cast your vote. Voting will be held in the ACHS main office.

1. Melissa Aguilar - I’m a mother of 5 from age 16 to 6 years of age. I’ve worked in education and workforce for over 20 years and want the best opportunities for our students. I am happy to help in any capacity to ensure our students have the experience and opportunities necessary to be successful and self sustainable.

2. Carolyn Peffer - My name is Carolyn Peffer and married to a wonderful husband named Eddie. Together we have a blended family of 5 from the ages of 22 to 3 years old. My background is in Early Childhood Development with a passion to grow and teach young minds. After 13 years of working with children, I made a career move to real estate. I have been a REALTOR since 2012 and with EXIT Realty Crutcher since 2018.

3. Kimberly Quire - Kimberly Quire is a neonatal intensive care registered nurse at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. The Quire's are a retired military family and have three daughters, Savannah (19), Morgan (16), and Emma (14) as well as a son, Shepard (4). During the time that her children have been attending Anderson County schools they have participated in many extra-curricular activities and Kimberly has been an avid supporter of Anderson County athletics and the music programs. Additionally, the Quire family runs a state registered non-profit, St. Michael's Kids, that focuses on assisting children that are experiencing traumatic circumstances. Kimberly is seeking a seat on the SBDM council so that she can make a positive impact and assist with important decisions affecting the students of ACHS.

4. Hope Franklin - Hope is a 1993 graduate of Anderson County High School and a lifelong resident. Her daughter Danielle graduated from the high school and her son Amos is entering his sophomore year at ACHS. Hope has been employed by the City of Lawrenceburg for the past 23 years and is a proud member of Hope Community Church. She's looking forward to serving our school system and making decisions to support the students and parents of Anderson County.
