Coleman Crew Shirts have arrived and are ready for pick-up at the location you selected during the ordering process. If you weren't able to purchase one, both Young & Thread and Splatter Inc. will have a limited number to purchase in their stores.

As you may be aware, March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. We want to show our support during this time and encourage these shirts to be worn in support of Jessica during her fight!

The last four Fridays in March (3/8, 3/15, 3/22, and 3/29) will be "Wear Blue for the Coleman Crew" Fridays! We are encouraging anyone that would like to participate to wear your shirt (or anything blue) to show support. If you post pictures to social media, please use the following hashtag: #ColemanCrew

Productive Struggle and Growth Evident in Impact Survey Results, With Hopeful Outlook
Anderson County Schools principals recently received the results of the Impact Working Conditions Survey, which reflects the ways teachers feel about their professional environment (from their own abilities within it, to feelings concerning colleagues, to resources available in their schools, to school leadership). What we see when looking at the data from 2023-2024 is that Anderson County is on trend with what we expected to see based on various factors within in each of our schools as well as on the continued impact of our recovery from the pandemic and its affect on our teachers and students.

Bus Involved in Accident
Anderson County Schools were made aware that this afternoon, January 8th, while traveling along 127 and 44 near Walmart, a car collided with Anderson County School bus #9, which was stationary in the turn lane. There were 52 students on board. The driver of the car as well as two students were checked by EMS at the scene. We have since reached out to the families of both students and are also in the process of notifying the parents of all students on board bus #9. We want to express our gratitude to first responders for promptly reporting to the scene and to our parents for being patient as we continue to verify details for communication.
