Welcome to Trailblazer Early College and Career Academy! We
appreciate your visit to our website and we are excited to share some of the
fantastic things that are happening at our school.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of our teachers and to gracious
support from our steering committee and business partners, our implementation
of the academy model is already greatly benefiting our current students, and
will expand to a full day career academy in the 2020-2021 school year. We
currently house six career pathways in our academy: Automotive, Carpentry, Electricity, Welding,
Health Science and Allied Health Science.
Once enrolled in one of these programs, each student will spend
two to three years immersed in their chosen program. Thus far, our
implementation of the academy model has had a powerful impact upon our
students. A significant percentage of our seniors earn industry
certifications in the career paths they’ve followed since entering the program
as sophomores or juniors.
