Anderson County Schools has a tradition of excellence both in academics and in extracurricular activities.  We attribute our success to our outstanding staff, students and parents but also to our mission and vision.  The Anderson County Schools Mission and Vision was created by students, staff, parents and community members to guide our work toward continuous improvement.

While we are proud of our performance on state assessments, we know that our students must not only perform well on assessments.  We strive to provide rigorous and relevant instructional opportunities so that all students become critical thinkers.
